Pictures say a thousand words

This is one of my favorite pictures, for it holds more than those thousand words of memory for me. Back a few years, we saw the movie "Four Seasons" starring Alan Alda, Carol Burnett, Rita Moreno, and a few others that obviously did not leave a lasting impression.  The story line was about four couples taking a vacation together every season.  The movie left me with one idea,  the rest of the movie is fuzzy in my memory.  I recall a Mercedes breaking through the ice and slooooowly sinking under the water during their winter trip.  One of the couples divorces and the guy brings along a "chickie babe" for the tropical Caribbean vacation on a rented sailboat.  The antics of the couples are secondary to my memory of the beauty of the lagoons, the gorgeous color of the water and the idea of actually being there basking in the sunshine and swimming in warm water.  For all those many years, since our first trip to St. Croix in '78 and since watching that movie, I have wanted to vacation on a sailboat in the Caribbean.  The opportunity finally came when we traded a week of RCI exchange for a week on a Tradewinds Cruise Club catamaran sail boat.  This is me. actually on a sailboat in the Caribbean sitting on the "dolphin seat" setting sail for a week of marvel.  We were "hooked", joined the Club and are leaving soon for our fifth sail, this time in Tobago.  Dreams do come true.
